Syncing live times

A useful boundary. This is a research conversation, not a sales promise or technical audit. We will ask before attributing anything you share. Implementation, estimates and deeper diagnosis are scoped separately.

/ WHERE TO START

You do not need
a polished AI brief.

Start with friction that is visible to the people doing the work.

01

A market is changing

What are customers, suppliers or operators doing differently in your region?

02

A decision waits

Which recurring decision depends on one person or delayed information?

03

Information gets lost

Where is data copied, chased, reconciled or repeatedly explained?

04

An AI claim feels vague

Which promise needs evidence from real work before anyone should act on it?

/ PUBLIC EVIDENCE, YOUR CONTEXT

Patterns can travel.
Recommendations cannot.

We study founder-led industrial AI cases developed by dotSuper to understand recurring use cases, operating constraints and adoption patterns. These cases provide context. Your workflow, data and people determine whether a pattern is relevant.

  • A budget decision before the meeting
03 / NOT INCLUDED
  • Implementation work
  • A complete AI roadmap
  • A formal technical or data audit
  • Guaranteed ROI or savings

Who should attend? The person who owns the workflow. If possible, invite someone who performs the work regularly.

/ THE USEFUL QUESTIONS

Know what
you are booking.

01Is there a fee for the conversation?

No. There is no fee for the 30-minute research conversation and no obligation to continue. If deeper work appears useful, we will explain the scope separately.

02Do we need an existing AI use case?

No. Bring an existing use case, an early idea, or simply a workflow that should work better.

03What should we prepare?

Nothing formal. A rough description of the workflow is enough. A sample document or a basic measure of the current problem can help, but neither is required.

04Will you build something during the conversation?

No. The purpose is to understand the market or the work, identify a credible signal and decide whether there is a useful next move.

05Can we discuss confidential information?

Keep sensitive information out of the booking form. We can agree an appropriate way to handle confidential context before deeper work begins.

06What happens afterwards?

We will close by naming the question, owner and evidence that matter next. If your insight informs a publication, we will agree how it may be attributed or anonymised. Any further engagement is optional and scoped separately.
