What happens to the information you share.
This notice describes the current dotSuper website and enquiry workflow. It is written for clarity and does not limit rights that may apply under local law.
01What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, book a working session or subscribe to research updates, we collect the details you provide. These can include your name, work email, company, website, selected time, topic and content preferences, email cadence, and the operational challenge you describe. We also record relevant page and campaign information so we can understand how the relationship began.
02Why we use it
We use enquiry information to schedule and prepare for sessions, follow up about requests, maintain a private operating record and improve our services. Newsletter preferences are used to select relevant dotSuper news, research, blogs, case studies and media. We do not sell contact information or use it for unrelated advertising.
03Where it is kept
Lead, booking and subscriber records are held in a private Google Workspace folder, Google Sheet and calendar workflow operated for dotSuper. Access is limited to people responsible for handling enquiries, publishing updates and operating the business. Relevant service providers may process data under their own security and privacy terms.
04Cookies and analytics
A necessary first-party preference cookie remembers whether you allowed analytics. Google Analytics and PostHog are blocked until you choose “Allow useful analytics”. If enabled, they help us understand visits, traffic sources, page journeys, useful content, errors and conversion events. Advertising storage and ad personalisation remain disabled.
05Your control
You can choose “Necessary only”, allow useful analytics, or reopen Cookie settings from any public footer and change your choice. Withdrawing analytics consent stops future analytics capture through this website and removes accessible analytics cookies from this domain.
06Retention and requests
We retain enquiry and subscriber records only while they are useful for the relationship, required for legitimate business records or necessary to resolve an issue. Every newsletter includes a route to unsubscribe. To request access, correction or deletion, email ceo@dotsuper.net. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
